Teal Level is the fourth of Failure Free Reading eight instructional levels ranging from beginning first grade to SAT/ACT content. Teal is for students with a 4th-5th grade reading level. Teal Level is suitable for: all ages, beginning English Language Learners, at-risk, RtI Tiers II & III interventions, and special education populations: autism, learning disabilities, intellectually disabled, deaf/HH and dyslexics.

Teal Level is designed to:

Detailed Descriptions of Failure Free Reading’s Seven Teal Level Stories:
 

Teal Level - sets the stage for the seven interrelated stories found in the Teal level. It is based on the common theme of shopping at the mall. The first three stories in the Teal Level teach mastery of critical vocabulary found in beginning fourth grade. The next three stories in the Teal Level series teach mastery of critical vocabulary found at the end of fourth grade. The last two Teal stories teach mastery of critical vocabulary found throughout fifth grade. Each story is very powerful. They will introduce a large number of critical vocabulary in a very rapid and accelerated pace.

Teal Level - Story 1 “The Gas Station” is the first story in the Teal level series. Your student/child will read a story about going on a ride to the downtown mall to buy a birthday present and meet a friend.
